Private Coaching

From hyperactivity to handling concerns and everything in between, I work with complex dogs with multiple behavior challenges using a welfare-first approach.

Together, we look at health, exercise, enrichment, and overall wellbeing, often collaborating with a veterinary team.

We can still dive into actionable skills right away to set you and your dog up for success, but often, most behavior change lies in the dog’s overall wellbeing.

My private coaching program is not your typical dog training program.

I work to use the most up to date practices of co-regulation, somatic work, and nervous system regulation to set you and your dog up for long-term success.

While we may click-and-treat some behaviors, my goal is to help you and your dog live in harmony, not just regurgitate rote behaviors.

Our first consultation will include a lot of conversation, a gait and postural analysis for your dog, and a long write up afterwards.

Our next sessions, booked in groups of four or more, will dive into the nitty-gritty of helping your dog to regulate their own emotions. I’ll give you actionable homework throughout the week, with text access to me for anything that comes up.

Once you’ve graduated, you’re welcome to book a-la-carte sessions to fine tune anything you may need, or just to run a question by me.
